Systems Engineer
What you will own.
Maintain product requirements, interface documents, configuration baselines and test plans.
This role is part of our next phase. We welcome expressions of interest as the program develops.
What we expect from you.
- Demonstrate requirements and integration work that improved a delivered system, beyond maintaining a documentation repository.
- Communicate across software, electronics and mechanical disciplines and recognize when a requirement cannot yet be verified.
What you will do.
- Maintain measurable requirements, interface documents and configuration baselines with product engineers.
- Link requirements to practical bench, simulation and field checks, including evidence and unresolved discrepancies.
- Support change-impact reviews so a modification in one subsystem does not silently break another.
- Prepare concise technical-review material and follow corrective actions through verification.
What you bring.
- SysML/MBSE and requirements documentation.
- Test plans, procedures and traceability.
- Working knowledge of software and electronics.
Useful, not essential.
- INCOSE ASEP/CSEP.
What good looks like.
- A usable requirement-to-test traceability baseline for an owned subsystem.
- A reviewed interface or configuration change with its affected tests and open risks recorded.
