What you will own.
Deliver image and video annotations to the engineering team's specifications, with documented quality checks.
What we expect from you.
- Provide non-confidential examples of annotation quality, reviewer calibration and reliable delivery against a written specification.
- Identify who may access the data, where it is processed and how subcontractor access is controlled before accepting work.
What you will do.
- Agree an annotation guide, permitted data-access method and sample acceptance process before starting a batch.
- Label approved video and imagery consistently, preserving object identities and flagging genuinely ambiguous examples.
- Run reviewer checks, track disagreements and return corrections in the engineering team's agreed format.
- Deliver versioned batches with quality summaries, access records and a documented data-return or deletion handoff.
What you bring.
- Video object annotation, bounding boxes and track continuity.
- Consistent quality assurance and delivery workflows.
Useful, not essential.
- Secure data handling and experience with restricted-access environments.
What good looks like.
- A calibration batch accepted against the agreed annotation guide and review criteria.
- A repeatable batch handoff with traceable corrections and no unresolved data-handling questions.

Describe your annotation QA process, how you measure reviewer agreement and how you handle ambiguous frames or a rejected batch.
Use a non-confidential example. We care about your own contribution, the decisions you made and the evidence behind the outcome.
We are an early-stage, founder-led company. Expect hands-on work, changing priorities and direct responsibility for a clearly defined area. Write down decisions, raise risks early and distinguish demonstrated results from assumptions.
The experience range is a guide to scope and independence. Equivalent practical experience is welcome; required professional authorizations still apply.
