01 / OWNERSHIP
What you will own.
Own ARCA-1 radar and camera architecture. Evaluate design assumptions, establish measurable requirements and lead prototype validation.
This role is part of our next phase. We welcome expressions of interest as the program develops.
02 / SKILLS
What you bring.
- Radar system design and sensitivity budgeting.
- Small-UAV sensing, Doppler processing and tracking.
- MATLAB/Python modeling.
- Laboratory and field measurements.
- Technical leadership from architecture through validation.
03 / ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE
Useful experience.
- Counter-UAS radar or radar startup experience.
- Micro-Doppler classification.
WORKING TOGETHER
We look for independent ownership, clear written communication, practical judgment and honest reporting of limitations and test results. Role-specific access requirements and field responsibilities will be discussed during the process.
