Head of Operations

What you will own.

Build company operations, labs, logistics and supplier relationships. Coordinate production, finance, people operations and compliance as the team grows.

This role is part of our next phase. We welcome expressions of interest as the program develops.

What you bring.

• Operations experience in a hardware or defense company.
• Supply chain, inventory and ERP/MRP systems.
• Supplier contracts and laboratory operations.
• Practical planning across finance, HR and compliance.

Useful experience.

• International logistics and experience working with Ukraine.
• Lean or Six Sigma experience.

We look for independent ownership, clear written communication, practical judgment and honest reporting of limitations and test results. Role-specific access requirements and field responsibilities will be discussed during the process.
